We are pleased to offer Swedish Massage, Sport Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping as well as Couples Massage Therapy.

All of our Massage Therapy Treatments are offered in a tranquil Spa setting at both our Westboro (Wellington St) and our Downtown Ottawa (Kent St) locations.

Stevie-Lynn gratuated from the International Academy of Health Sciences in Ottawa, ON in 2018, Stevie is trained in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, PNF (Passive stretching), Friction Therapy, Movement Therapy (Range of Motion), Lymphatic Drainage, Remedial Exercise, Stretching and Strengthening Exercises, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, and Peri-natal (pre-natal & post-partum) massage techniques. She is particularly passionate about helping you through your pregnancy journey.

Stevie has experience treating soft tissue and repetitive strain injuries, upper and lower motor neuron lesions, low back pain, headaches, postural imbalance, and chronic pain.

Terry graduated from Centennial College, Toronto with an Honour Advance Diploma in Massage Therapy. Now in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a current member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.

Terry enjoys discovering and learning different techniques to incorporate into her unique treatments that can address numerous conditions including chronic body aches, headache and neck pain, tendonitis, shin splints, repetitive stress and strain injuries, or just simply to maintain muscle and tissue health.
